07:00 AM – Welcome & Departure
- Guest check-in and safety briefing.
- Introduction to the boat and fishing equipment.
- Departure from the dock towards prime fishing spots.
07:30 AM – Sport Fishing Begins
- First stop at a recommended fishing area for species like tuna, dorado (mahi-mahi).
- Fishing techniques: trolling and bottom fishing, depending on the species.
09:00 AM – Exploring New Spots
- Moving to deeper waters in search of sailfish, marlin, and wahoo.
- Guidance from expert captains on how to handle big fish.
10:30 AM – Return to the Dock
- Last fishing attempts on the way back.
- Cleaning and conservation of caught fish (if applicable).
11:30 AM – Arrival in San Juan del Sur
- Disembarkation and fish handover to guests.

Best fishing in Nicaragua
Angry marlin took me out december 4 2025. Family owned and the way they treat their customers, really makes this fishing tour a great experience. They knew the best spots to fish, and the whole family caught their own fish. The boat is well maintained, the captain is safe and has a great personality. I highly recommend Angry Marlin when you are in San Juan or even if your looking for a fishing vacation.
